About Me

Before pursuing UX design, I studied Animation Technology, where I developed a passion for building intricate scenes and creating engaging animations. This background required a deep understanding of 3D space and a highly creative mindset, which allowed me to approach problems from multiple perspectives. Following my studies, I transitioned into sales, working for a Fortune 500 company, where I gained invaluable skills in communication, relationship building, and time management. This unique blend of creativity and business acumen has given me a solid foundation for my UX journey.

Throughout the early stages of my UX Academy experience, I found myself leaning heavily on these past skills. My animation background helped me craft more imaginative and visually impactful designs, while my sales experience sharpened my research and interviewing abilities, allowing me to connect with users and uncover their true needs. Time management, a critical part of my sales role, has also been a crucial asset, helping me stay on track as I meet project deadlines and tackle the fast-paced nature of design work.

What initially drew me to UX was the opportunity to create meaningful, user-centered experiences. I've always found joy in helping others and solving complex challenges, making this field a natural fit. As I continue to develop my skills, I envision myself thriving in a supportive, fun environment where collaboration is encouraged, and creativity flourishes. Though the exact shape of my ideal role is still coming into focus, I am excited to piece together this puzzle as I continue to grow in my UX career.
